The AAISA Knowledge Hub Service Directory connects newcomers across Alberta with trusted services that support settlement, integration, and well-being.

We welcome organizations that provide relevant services to newcomers to submit their information for inclusion.

Who can be listed?

Your organization may be eligible if you:

  • Provide services relevant to newcomers (e.g., settlement, employment, housing, language, health)

  • Operate within Alberta

  • Offer active services

  • Can provide clear and accurate information about your services

All submissions are reviewed before being published.

Before you apply

Please note:

  • Submit one form per location (each address is listed separately)

  • Be prepared to provide:

    • Organization details

    • Services offered

    • Client groups served

    • Languages and accessibility

    • Hours and contact information

Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

What happens next

After you submit:

  • Your application will be reviewed by the AAISA team

  • We may contact you if clarification is needed

  • Approved listings will be published on the Knowledge Hub

  • Typical review time: 5–10 business days
