About this Dashboard

The HOTS dashboard shares findings from a survey of 756 front-line workers across Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. The survey looks at how staff experience their work, the strengths and challenges within their organizations, and where the sector can improve. It explores themes such as workplace passion, compensation and benefits, mental health, professional development, diversity and inclusion, and leadership.

Together, these insights offer a clear, evidence-based picture of the overall health of the newcomer-serving sector. They also highlight sector-wide workforce trends, making this dashboard a helpful reference for research, funding proposals, and advocacy efforts aimed at strengthening support for front-line staff and the agencies that serve newcomers.
