Client Service Delivery in Alberta: iCARE Settlement and RAP Data

This dashboard is based on settlement service delivery data reported through iCARE (Immigration Contribution Agreement Reporting Environment) and compiled by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The data reflects federally funded newcomer settlement services and supports AAISA’s collaboration with IRCC around data sharing and knowledge mobilization. It is intended to make service delivery information more accessible and usable for the newcomer-serving sector.

The data represents settlement clients served in Alberta and is presented by Census Metropolitan Area (CMA) of service, with breakdowns by age, gender, service type, immigration category, and selected special cohorts.
