The CCIS TFW Hub gives free support to temporary foreign workers across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. CCIS leads the program with 14 service organizations across the Prairie provinces.
Support workers can help with:
understanding available services and making a support plan
applying for benefits and income support
settlement and health referrals
interpretation
short-term shelter and housing
food, clothing and transportation
The program supports people in the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program, International Mobility Program and other temporary work permit programs.
